I study public opinion, political attitudes and behavior. E.g. religious beliefs, Eurocentric atttitudes and attitudes towards Turkeys EU membership.

My research focuses on how religious beliefs, national identity and European identity affect EU citizens attitudes towards Turkeys EU membership, EU policies, and foregin poilcy opinion. As a second research area, I study how environmental attitudes shape political attitudes and behavior.
