b. The analysis and setting of ICT related policies.
c. The role of Internet based systems in the setting of SMART islands.
d. The digital divide.
e. 21st century education.
f. Software analysis.
g. Screen design and windowing environments analysis and evaluation.
h. On line communities and issues of Identification.

My Doctoral Thesis is titled as follows:
A Structurational Interpretation Of Issues Underlying The Implementation Of Internet Based Systems In
Malta

I am currently working on a model that combines Technology Acceptance Models to Technological Frame
of Reference.
I also lecture at the Faculty of Education in Technology Enhanced Learning where I look into the
possibilities that go beyond teaching with ICT to teaching through ICT by naturalising towards the use of
ICT in educational settings.
