We conduct mainly qualitative research, with some support through quantitative statistical analyses, on
company level work and organisational processes, linking these micro level observations to larger societal processes such as educational systems, the system of industrial relations, labour market and economic patterns. We are interested in both the effects on work and workers as well as how innovative policies and organisational configurations can improve workplace conditions and performance.
