Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies FACTUM is a research organisation conducting applied social research and basic social science research in the areas of sustainable and fair balanced mobility. It supports the development of innovative solutions in the mobility and infrastructure sector. The interdisciplinary research team analyses the impact of innovation on society and lays the foundations for technical and social innovations that contribute to the achievement of socio-political objectives. FACTUM applied their know-how and skills in several national and international projects. The competencies of the FACTUM team are:
applying of social scientific research methods, especially qualitative data collection and analysis methods
analysis of target group specific user motivations, requirements, barriers and needs
mediation of user perspective into technical solutions;
organisation and conduction of participatory processes;
