I am Research Director of large consortium that addresses social and human sustainability in working life, gender equality and diversity

 Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies
Marjut Jyrkinen is Associate Professor in Working Life Equality and Gender Studies at the University of Helsinki, and
Director of the Social and Economic Sustainability of Future Working Life (WeAll) research consortium
(weallfinland.fi), funded by the Strategic Research Council at the Academy of Finland (2015-20). Her research
interests include gendered violence and violations in and outside organizations, sustainability of working life,
gendered ageism, and gender, management and care in management and organizations. She has published in
Gender, Work and Organization, Journal of Business Ethics, Gender in Management: An International Journal,
Scandinavian Journal of Management, and Work, Employment and Society, and her articles have been published in
international textbooks by Routledge, Edgar Elgar, Springer and Palgrave.
