Trust - understanding the processes that contribute to the development, violation, and restoration of trust

 Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies
I am a researcher in psychology/psychology of law, focusing on understanding the processes that contribute to the
development, violation, and restoration of trust. Specific research foci are:

- understanding and facilitating the restoration of damaged trust
- understanding the effectiveness of apologies and financial instruments as means of restoring trust
- psychological processes relevant to the legal resolution of harm - understanding parties needs and the
effectiveness of legal designs at restoring them
- reputation and mechanisms of restoring it

I particularly study these processes through quantitative (experimental and field) research and qualitative (field)
research.

Some key competences:
1. expertise on psychological processes relevant to trust
2. expertise in private law and the psychological processes relevant to it
3. expertise into experimental and field research using (primarily) quantitative methods and (also) qualitative
methods
4. expertise into quantitative and qualitative data analysis, survey methods, experiment design, programming
