Education has to keep the pace with the digital transformation of our society. However, especially in developing countries, this is not the case. There is a growing digital gap between schools that are advanced and those who are not leveraging the advantages of ICT-based pedagogies.
In order to decrease the learning gap between developing and well developed countries there is a need for sharing, discussing, spreading and adopting innovative practices, supporting a whole-school approach and promoting a model of school mentoring.
I have been working in Hacettepe University for 13 years both as a teaching/research assistant and as an assistant professor. I can help to find innovative solutions for implanting and fostering a broader culture of innovation in educational systems.
Experience in teaching, project planning and conducting. Innovative and open minded teams would have a deep impact.
