| Description | RTW was founded to address widespread inequalities in women and girls’ STEM education and employment. Our
trans-disciplinary team is passionate about our mission, especially given the growing importance of STEM jobs in the
global economy, in combination with significant under-representation of women in these fields all around the world
and anticipated population demographics. RTW takes an innovative approach by providing integrated human rights
and technology capacity building for women and girls. It has three inter-linked pillars of work: Research and Data
Visualization, Advocacy and Human Rights Training, and Technology Capacity Building. RTW makes a bridge between
human rights and STEM fields.
Based on desk research, RTW has selected thirty-three countries in five regions in which to focus research and
advocacy. This research project focuses on quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, examining
country performance across key metrics. | Expertise sought/offered | We are looking for partner and collaborator institutions who have expertise in using and analysing public data,
